Ordering & Customization:

• How do I personalize my product? Easy peasy! During checkout, you'll see options to add your pet's name, a funny message, or even upload a photo (depending on the product). Let your creativity run wild!

• Can I see a preview of my personalized product? Unfortunately, we don't offer previews at this time. However, we use high-quality printing techniques and ensure your customization will look pawsome!

• Can I change my order once it's placed? We try our best to accommodate changes, but once your order goes into production (usually within 2-3 business days), we can't guarantee modifications. If you need to make a change, contact us ASAP at [email protected] and we'll see what we can do!

Shipping & Returns:

• How long will it take to get my order? Production time typically takes 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:
  • US (local): 3-5 business days
  • Canada: 3-7 business days
  • Europe: 3-7 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7-20 business days

• Do you offer international shipping? You bet! Woof Works goes global. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• What's your return policy? We want you to be happy with your Woof Works purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, you have 14 days from delivery to return unused and unwashed items for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Just contact us at [email protected] to start the return process.
