• Europe: Treat your European pup (or kitty!) with a surprise in 3-7 business days. 🇪🇺

• Rest of the World: Woof Works goes global! Expect your order within 7-20 business days, depending on location.

Production Time:

Before we unleash your order to the world, we need some time to create its pawsome personalization! Allow 2-3 business days for our talented team to work their magic. ✨

Returns:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Woof Works purchase. If for any reason your furry friend isn't digging their new gear (or maybe you just ordered the wrong size), no worries! You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your unused and unwashed items for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Just remember to contact our friendly customer service team to start the return process.
